The process starts when a customer calls into our showroom in Sale. From there we can determine the requirements and the type or marble the customer would prefer. Having an idea of the style in mind, we can mock up a 3d computerised image that can be tweaked and resized to the customers preferences. Once they have settled on a fireplace we can arrange for one of our surveyors to check the suitability on site.
If the survey comes back ok we then confirm an installation date and instruct the factory to order the marble of choice. Once the marble has come into stock we inspect it to assure it’s a good piece. Once we have established the marble closely reflects what your saw in our showroom, the stonemason commences work. This will take many hours as it’s all cut and finished by the same person.
Once the fireplace has been dry installed in the factory to assure a perfect fit, we can arrange delivery to our showroom where it’s savely stored until the day of installation. On the fitting date our driver and installer will meet at your home and the installation will commence. This is normally done in one day (two or sometimes three for very large jobs) and all the rubbish is removed. The result is a stunning marble fireplace that started as an idea and is now not only a reality but a beautiful feature in your home.
